The Universities/Colleges which are not included under section 12 (B) of the UGC Act or do not come under the category of Government Colleges & Public Universities (State or Central), can collaborate with other Government colleges /Public Universities or College/Universities included under section 12 (B) of UGC Act and apply accordingly for Financial Assistance to organise seminars/symposiums/conferences/ workshops etc. In such cases the main applicant should be from the College/ Universities registered under section 12 (B) of UGC or from collaborating Government College/Public University.
- Seminar, Conference, Workshop Grant: The Centre provides grant to organize seminars, conferences, workshops by social science faculties, professional organizations and research institutes in the region.
